After over 100 years at the edge of Oakton Street, both our "Bee Tower" (the east tower) and our main steeple are in need of some attention. St. Peter's is undertaking a huge tuckpointing and repair project this summer in order to preserve our beautiful towers and sanctuary roof. The project is slated to begin by the end of June 2011, and should take 6-8 weeks.
Some of the funds needed for this project will come from endowments we have recieved from members. If you would like to help us with this building project, please make checks payable to St. Peter's UCC and put "Capital Campaign" in the memo line.
Thank you for anything you can do to help us "save our steeple!"
